( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَمْرٍو مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْبِسْطَامِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ الْإِسْمَاعِيلِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ الْقَاسِمُ بْنُ زَكَرِيَّا، ثَنَا ابْنُ بَزِيعٍ، وَأَبُو الْأَشْعَثِ قَالَا: ثَنَا الْفُضَيْلُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، أَنْبَأَ مُوسَى بْنُ عُقْبَةَ، أَخْبَرَنِي نَافِعٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ:

أَنَّ عُمَرَ ؓ أَجْلَى الْيَهُودَ، وَالنَّصَارَى مِنْ أَرْضِ الْحِجَازِ، وَكَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ لَمَّا ظَهَرَ عَلَى خَيْبَرَ أَرَادَ إِخْرَاجَ الْيَهُودِ مِنْهَا، وَكَانَتِ الْأَرْضُ إِذَا ظَهَرَ عَلَيْهَا لِلَّهُ وَلِرَسُولِهِ وَلِلْمُسْلِمِينَ، فَسَأَلَ الْيَهُودُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ أَنْ يُقِرَّهُمْ بِهَا عَلَى أَنْ يَكْفُوا الْعَمَلَ وَلَهُمْ نِصْفُ الثَّمَرِ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ - ﷺ: " أُقِرُّكُمْ عَلَى ذَلِكَ مَا شِئْنَا ". فَأُقِرُّوا بِهَا. وَأَجْلَاهُمْ عُمَرُ ؓ فِي إِمَارَتِهِ إِلَى تَيْمَاءَ وَأَرِيحَا
