أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ عَفَّانَ، ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ، ثَنَا زُهَيْرُ بْنُ مُعَاوِيَةَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ الْحُرِّ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنْ أَسْلَمَ، عَنْ عُمَرَ ؓ:

أَنَّهُ كَتَبَ إِلَى أُمَرَاءِ أَهْلِ الْجِزْيَةِ أَنْ لَا يَضْرِبُوا الْجِزْيَةَ إِلَّا عَلَى مَنْ جَرَتْ عَلَيْهِ الْمَوَاسِي. قَالَ: وَكَانَ لَا يَضْرِبُ الْجِزْيَةَ عَلَى النِّسَاءِ وَالصِّبْيَانِ
