( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو طَاهِرٍ الْفَقِيهُ، ثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ الْقَطَّانُ، ثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ، ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي بُكَيْرٍ، ثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ، حَدَّثَنِي الْأَحْوَصُ بْنُ حَكِيمٍ، وَأَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ، عَنْ حَكِيمِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ قَالَ:
كَتَبَ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ إِلَى أُمَرَاءِ الْأَجْنَادِ. فَذَكَرَهُ قَالَ: وَأَيُّمَا رُفْقَةٍ مِنَ الْمُهَاجِرِينَ آوَاهُمُ اللَّيْلُ إِلَى قَرْيَةٍ مِنْ قُرَى الْمُعَاهِدِينَ مِنْ مُسَافِرِينَ فَلَمْ يَأْتُوهُمْ بِالْقِرَى فَقَدْ بَرِئَتْ مِنْهُمُ الذِّمَّةُ
