وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو سَعِيدٍ، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ، ثَنَا الْحَسَنُ، ثَنَا يَحْيَى، ثَنَا ابْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ، عَنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ دَاوُدَ بْنِ أَبِي هِنْدٍ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ قَالَ:
قَالَ عُمَرُ ؓ لِجَرِيرٍ: هَلْ لَكْ أَنْ تَأْتِيَ الْعِرَاقَ، وَلَكَ الرُّبُعُ أَوِ الثُّلُثُ بَعْدَ الْخُمُسِ مِنْ كُلِّ أَرْضٍ وَشَيْءٍ ؟
