وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ، ثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ عَفَّانَ، ثَنَا مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ، ثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ مُجَالِدٍ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنْ شُرَيْحٍ قَالَ:

كَتَبَ إِلَيَّ عُمَرُ ؓ لَا تُوَرِّثِ الْحَمِيلَ إِلَّا بِبَيِّنَةٍ
