أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو نَصْرِ بْنُ قَتَادَةَ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو الْفَضْلِ بْنُ خَمِيرَوَيْهِ، أَنْبَأَ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ نَجْدَةَ، ثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ الرَّبِيعِ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ فَرُّوخَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ:
كَتَبَ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ أَنْ لَا يُفَرَّقَ بَيْنَ أَخَوَيْنِ مَمْلُوكَيْنِ فِي الْبَيْعِ
