غَيْرَ أَنَّ وَكِيعًا رَوَاهُ عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، عَنْ عُمَيْرِ بْنِ نُمَيْرٍ وَهُوَ اسْمُ أَبِي السَّرِيَّةِ - فَقَالَ:
سُئِلَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ ؓ عَنْ جَارِيَةٍ كَانَتْ بَيْنَ رَجُلَيْنِ، فَوَقَعَ عَلَيْهَا أَحَدُهُمَا قَالَ: لَيْسَ عَلَيْهِ حَدٌّ، يُقَوَّمُ عَلَيْهِ قِيمَتَهَا وَيَأْخُذُهَا
