وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو بَكْرٍ الْأَرْدَسْتَانِيُّ الْحَافِظُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو نَصْرٍ الْعِرَاقِيُّ، ثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْجَوْهَرِيُّ، ثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ، ثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، ثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ أَبِي خَالِدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي السَّرِيَّةِ أَنَّ ابْنَ عُمَرَ - ؓ
سُئِلَ عَنْ جَارِيَةٍ بَيْنَ رَجُلَيْنِ وَقَعَ عَلَيْهَا أَحَدُهُمَا. قَالَ: هُوَ خَائِنٌ لَيْسَ عَلَيْهِ حَدٌّ تُقَوَّمُ عَلَيْهِ قِيمَةٌ
