أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، أَنْبَأَ الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ صُهَيْبٍ مَوْلَى عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَامِرٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْعَاصِ ؓ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ:
" مَنْ قَتَلَ عُصْفُورًا فَمَا فَوْقَهَا بِغَيْرِ حَقِّهَا سَأَلَهُ اللهُ عَنْ قَتْلِهِ ". قِيلَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، وَمَا حَقُّهَا ؟ قَالَ: " أَنْ تَذْبَحَهَا فَتَأْكُلَهَا، وَلَا تَقْطَعَ رَأْسَهَا فَتَرْمِيَ بِهَا
