( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الْفَقِيهُ، أَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ النَّضْرِ، ثَنَا مُعَاوِيَةُ عَنْ عَمْرٍو، ثَنَا زَائِدَةُ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ قَالَ:

كَانَ يُقَالُ إِنَّ لِلصَّلَاةِ أَوَّلًا وَآخِرًا فَذَكَرَهُ

    إنه لا يصح مسندا وهم فيه ابن فضيل وغيره يرويه عن الأعمش عن مجاهد مرسلا وهو أصح
