( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، وَأَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو قَالَا: ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ عَفَّانَ، ثَنَا أَبُو يَحْيَى الْحِمَّانِيُّ، عَنِ الْمَسْعُودِيِّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى:
أَنَّ عَلِيًّا ؓ أَقَامَ عَلَى رَجُلٍ حَدًّا فَجَعَلَ النَّاسُ يَسُبُّونَهُ وَيَلْعَنُونَهُ، فَقَالَ عَلِيٌّ ؓ: أَمَّا عَنْ ذَنْبِهِ هَذَا فَلَا يُسْأَلُ
