وَالْمَحْفُوظُ هَذَا الْحَدِيثُ مُرْسَلٌ، أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّرِيفُ أَبُو الْفَتْحِ الْعُمَرِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو الْقَاسِمِ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ السَّقَطِيُّ، ثَنَا أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ عُمَرَ بْنِ عَلِيِّ بْنِ حَرْبٍ، ثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، ثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، ثَنَا مِسْعَرٌ، عَنِ الْوَلِيدِ، عَنِ الضَّحَّاكِ قَالَ: قَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ:
" مَنْ بَلَغَ حَدًّا فِي غَيْرِ حَدٍّ فَهُوَ مِنَ الْمُعْتَدِينَ
