( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْأَرْدَسْتَانِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو نَصْرٍ الْعِرَاقِيُّ، ثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْجَوْهَرِيُّ، ثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ، ثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ أَبِي سِنَانٍ الشَّيْبَانِيِّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أَبِي الْهُذَيْلِ قَالَ:
أُتِيَ عُمَرُ ؓ بِشَيْخٍ قَدْ شَرِبَ الْخَمْرَ فِي شَهْرِ رَمَضَانَ فَجَلَدَهُ ثَمَانِينَ، وَنَفَاهُ إِلَى الشَّامِ، وَجَعَلَ يَقُولُ لِلْمَنْخِرَيْنِ: أَفِي شَهْرِ رَمَضَانَ وَوِلْدَانُنَا صِيَامٌ أَوْ صِبْيَانُنَا صِيَامٌ
