أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، أَنْبَأَ الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، ثَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ، ثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ أَبِي يَحْيَى، عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَنَّ عَلِيَّ بْنَ أَبِي طَالِبٍ ؓ قَالَ:

لَا أُوتَى بِرَجُلٍ شَرِبَ خَمْرًا وَلَا نَبِيذًا مُسْكِرًا إِلَّا جَلَدْتُهُ الْحَدَّ
