We came to the Prophet ﷺ and said: "O Messenger of God, you know who we are and where we are from, so to whom do we belong?" He said: "To God, Mighty and Majestic, and to His Messenger." We said: "O Messenger of God, we have grapes; what should we do with them?" He said: "Make them into raisins." We said: "What should we do with the raisins?" He said: "Soak them in the morning and drink it in the evening, and soak them in the evening and drink it in the morning. Soak them in waterskins (shinān), and do not soak them in jugs (qulal), for if it is delayed past its pressing, it becomes vinegar."
