( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُوسَى، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَيُّوبَ، أَنْبَأَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ كَثِيرٍ، ثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ أَبِي الْجُوَيْرِيَةِ قَالَ:
سَأَلْتُ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ، عَنِ الْبَاذَقِ، قَالَ: سَبَقَ مُحَمَّدٌ ﷺ الْبَاذَقَ؛ مَا أَسْكَرَ فَهُوَ حَرَامٌ. قَالَ: الشَّرَابُ الْحَلَالُ الطَّيِّبُ لَا الْحَرَامُ الْخَبِيثُ..رَوَاهُ الْبُخَارِيُّ فِي الصَّحِيحِ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ كَثِيرٍ، إِلَّا أَنَّهُ قَالَ: قَالَ: الشَّرَابُ الْحَلَالُ الطَّيِّبُ. قَالَ: لَيْسَ بَعْدَ الْحَلَالِ الطَّيِّبِ إِلَّا الْحَرَامُ الْخَبِيثُ
