( وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُكْرَمٍ، ثَنَا أَبُو النَّضْرِ، ثَنَا أَبُو خَيْثَمَةَ، ثَنَا أَبُو الْجُوَيْرِيَةِ قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لِابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ: أَفْتِنِي رَحِمَكَ اللهُ فِي الْبَاذَقِ. فَقَالَ: سَبَقَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِلَى الْبَاذَقِ؛ مَا أَسْكَرَ فَهُوَ حَرَامٌ. قَالَ: قُلْتُ: أَفْتِنِي رَحِمَكَ اللهُ فِي الْبَاذَقِ وَإِنَّا نَشْرَبُهُ. قَالَ: سَبَقَ مُحَمَّدٌ ﷺ إِلَى الْبَاذَقِ، وَمَا أَسْكَرَ فَهُوَ حَرَامٌ. قَالَ رَجُلٌ مِنَ الْقَوْمِ: إِنَّا نَعْمِدُ إِلَى الْعِنَبِ فَنَعْصِرُهُ ثُمَّ نَطْبُخُهُ حَتَّى يَكُونَ حَلَالًا طَيِّبًا. قَالَ: سُبْحَانَ اللهِ، سُبْحَانَ اللهِ، اشْرَبِ الْحَلَالَ الطَّيِّبَ، فَإِنَّهُ لَيْسَ بَعْدَ الْحَلَالِ الطَّيِّبِ إِلَّا الْحَرَامُ الْخَبِيثُ
