وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، أَنْبَأَ يَحْيَى بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى، ثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، ثَنَا يَحْيَى، عَنْ أَبِي حَيَّانَ التَّيْمِيِّ قَالَ: ثَنَا عَامِرٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ:

قَامَ عُمَرُ ؓ خَطِيبًا عَلَى مِنْبَرِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَحَمِدَ اللهَ، وَأَثْنَى عَلَيْهِ ثُمَّ قَالَ: أَمَّا بَعْدُ، فَإِنَّ الْخَمْرَ نَزَلَ تَحْرِيمُهَا يَوْمَ نَزَلَ وَهِيَ مِنْ خَمْسَةٍ: مِنَ الْعِنَبِ، وَالتَّمْرِ، وَالْعَسَلِ، وَالْحِنْطَةِ، وَالشَّعِيرِ، وَالْخَمْرُ مَا خَامَرَ الْعَقْلَ
