أَخْبَرَنَاهُ ) أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ الْفَقِيهُ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو مُحَمَّدِ بْنُ حَيَّانَ، ثَنَا ابْنُ رُسْتَةَ، ثَنَا أَبُو كَامِلٍ، ثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، وَمُجَاهِدٍ، عَنْ أَيْمَنَ قَالَ:

كَانَ يُقَالُ: لَا يُقْطَعُ السَّارِقُ إِلَّا فِي ثَمَنِ الْمِجَنِّ وَأَكْثَرَ. قَالَ: وَكَانَ ثَمَنُ الْمِجَنِّ يَوْمَئِذٍ دِينَارًا.
