وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَمْرٍو الْأَدِيبُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو أَحْمَدَ بْنُ الْغِطْرِيفِ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو يَعْلَى، ثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ الْقَوَارِيرِيُّ، ثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ، عَنْ شَيْخٍ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْكُوفَةِ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عَلِيًّا ؓ يَقُولُ:
إِنَّكُمْ سَأَلْتُمُونِي عَنِ الرَّجُلِ يَقُولُ لِلرَّجُلِ: يَا كَافِرُ، يَا فَاسِقُ، يَا حِمَارُ، وَلَيْسَ فِيهِ حَدٌّ، وَإِنَّمَا فِيهِ عُقُوبَةٌ مِنَ السُّلْطَانِ، فَلَا تَعُودُوا فَتَقُولُوا
