أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو حَازِمٍ الْحَافِظُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو الْفَضْلِ بْنُ خَمِيرَوَيْهِ، أَنْبَأَ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ نَجْدَةَ، ثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، ثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ، عَنْ أَصْحَابِهِ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ؓ
فِي الرَّجُلِ يَقُولُ لِلرَّجُلِ: يَا خَبِيثُ، يَا فَاسِقُ. قَالَ: لَيْسَ عَلَيْهِ حَدٌّ مَعْلُومٌ؛ يُعَزِّرُ الْوَالِي بِمَا رَأَى
