وَإِنَّمَا حَدِيثُ شِبْلٍ كَمَا أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ الْفَضْلِ الْقَطَّانُ، أَنْبَأَ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، ثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ، ثَنَا أَبُو صَالِحٍ، وَابْنُ بُكَيْرٍ قَالَا: ثَنَا اللَّيْثُ، حَدَّثَنِي عُقَيْلٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُتْبَةَ، عَنْ شِبْلِ بْنِ خُلَيْدٍ الْمُزَنِيِّ، عَنْ مَالِكِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْأَوْسِيِّ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ - ﷺ

أَنَّهُ قَالَ لِلْوَلِيدَةِ: " إِذَا زَنَتْ فَاجْلِدُوهَا، ثُمَّ إِذَا زَنَتْ فَاجْلِدُوهَا، ثُمَّ إِذَا زَنَتْ فَاجْلِدُوهَا، ثُمَّ إِذَا زَنَتْ فَبِيعُوهَا وَلَوْ بِضَفِيرٍ
