( أَخْبَرَنَا ) عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَبْدَانَ، أَنْبَأَ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ، ثَنَا الْأَسْفَاطِيُّ، ثَنَا الْحَوْضِيُّ، ثَنَا هَمَّامٌ قَالَ:
سُئِلَ قَتَادَةُ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ وَطِئَ جَارِيَةَ امْرَأَتِهِ، فَحَدَّثَنَا عَنْ خُبَيْبِ بْنِ يَسَافٍ، عَنْ حَبِيبِ بْنِ سَالِمٍ: أَنَّهَا رُفِعَتْ إِلَى النُّعْمَانِ بْنِ بَشِيرٍ فَقَالَ: لَأَقْضِيَنَّ فِيهَا بِقَضَاءِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ: إِنْ كَانَتْ أَحَلَّتْهَا لَهُ جَلَدْتُهُ، وَإِنْ لَمْ تَكُنْ أَحَلَّتْهَا لَهُ رَجَمْتُهُ
