أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا: يَحْيَى بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، أَنْبَأَ الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، أَنْبَأَ الشَّافِعِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، وَأَبِي الزِّنَادِ كِلَاهُمَا عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ بْنِ سَهْلِ بْنِ حُنَيْفٍ:

أَنَّ رَجُلًا قَالَ أَحَدُهُمَا: أَحْبَنُ. وَقَالَ الْآخَرُ: مُقْعَدٌ كَانَ عِنْدَ جِوَارِ سَعْدٍ، فَأَصَابَ امْرَأَةً حَبَلٌ، فَرَمَتْهُ بِهِ فَسُئِلَ فَاعْتَرَفَ، فَأَمَرَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ بِهِ قَالَ أَحَدُهُمَا: فَجُلِدَ بِإِثْكَالِ النَّخْلِ. وَقَالَ الْآخَرُ: بِأُثْكُولِ النَّخْلِ
