( وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو نَصْرِ بْنُ قَتَادَةَ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو عَمْرِو بْنُ مَطَرٍ، وَأَبُو الْحَسَنِ السَّرَّاجُ، قَالَا: أَنْبَأَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ سُلَيْمَانَ الْمَرْوَزِيُّ، ثَنَا عَاصِمُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، ثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ سِمَاكِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ حَنَشَ بْنَ الْمُعْتَمِرِ قَالَ:
تَزَوَّجَ رَجُلٌ مِنَّا امْرَأَةً فَزَنَى قَبْلَ أَنْ يَدْخُلَ بِهَا، فَأَقَامَ عَلِيٌّ ؓ عَلَيْهِ الْحَدَّ. فَقَالَ: إِنَّ الْمَرْأَةَ لَا تَرْضَى أَنْ تَكُونَ عِنْدَهُ، فَفَرَّقَ بَيْنَهُمَا عَلِيٌّ
