( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْفَتْحِ: هِلَالُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ الْحَفَّارُ بِبَغْدَادَ، أَنْبَأَ الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ عَيَّاشٍ الْقَطَّانُ، ثَنَا أَبُو الْأَشْعَثِ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ الثَّقَفِيُّ، عَنْ دَاوُدَ بْنِ أَبِي هِنْدٍ، عَنْ سِمَاكِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنْ بَنِي عِجْلٍ قَالَ:

جِئْتُ مَعَ عَلِيٍّ ؓ بِصِفِّينَ، فَإِذَا رَجُلٌ فِي زَرْعٍ يُنَادِي: إِنِّي قَدْ أَصَبْتُ فَاحِشَةً فَأَقِيمُوا عَلَيَّ الْحَدَّ، فَرَفَعْتُهُ إِلَى عَلِيٍّ ؓ فَقَالَ لَهُ عَلِيٌّ ؓ: هَلْ تَزَوَّجْتَ ؟ قَالَ: نَعَمْ. قَالَ: فَدَخَلْتَ بِهَا. قَالَ: لَا. قَالَ: فَجَلَدَهُ مِائَةً وَأَغْرَمَهُ نِصْفَ الصَّدَاقِ، وَفَرَّقَ بَيْنَهُمَا
