أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا بَحْرُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ قَالَ: قَرَأْتُ عَلَى شُعَيْبِ بْنِ اللَّيْثِ أَخْبَرَكَ أَبُوكَ، عَنْ بُكَيْرٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْجَبَّارِ بْنِ مَنْظُورِ بْنِ زَبَّانَ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ:
أَنَّهُ سُئِلَ عَنْ رَجُلٍ تَزَوَّجَ امْرَأَةً وَلَمْ يَمَسَّهَا ثُمَّ زَنَى. فَقَالَ سَعِيدٌ: السُّنَّةُ فِيهِ أَنْ يُجْلَدَ، وَلَا يُرْجَمَ
