( وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو حَامِدٍ: أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْحَافِظُ، أَنْبَأَ زَاهِرُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ، ثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ زِيَادٍ، ثَنَا يُونُسُ - هُوَ ابْنُ عَبْدِ الْأَعْلَى، ثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي يُونُسُ عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ:

أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ عَبْدَ الْمَلِكِ يَسْأَلُ عُبَيْدَ اللهِ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُتْبَةَ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ: هَلْ تُحْصِنُ الْأَمَةُ الْحُرَّ ؟ فَقَالَ: نَعَمْ. فَقَالَ عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ: عَمَّنْ تَرْوِي هَذَا ؟ فَقَالَ: أَدْرَكْنَا أَصْحَابَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُونَ ذَلِكَ
