وَرُوِيَ ) هَذَا اللَّفْظُ فِي حَدِيثِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ طَلْحَةَ بْنِ يَزِيدَ بْنِ رُكَانَةَ، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الشَّيْبَانِيِّ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ:

أُتِيَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ بِيَهُودِيٍّ وَيَهُودِيَّةٍ وَقَدْ أُحْصِنَا فَسَأَلُوهُ أَنْ يَحْكُمَ فِيمَا بَيْنَهُمْ، فَحَكَمَ فِيهِمَا بِالرَّجْمِ
