( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو سَعِيدٍ، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ، ثَنَا بَحْرٌ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ الْحَارِثِ: أَنَّ يَحْيَى بْنَ سَعِيدٍ حَدَّثَهُ: أَنَّ ابْنَ عُمَرَ ؓ كَانَ يَقُولُ:
مَنْ كَفَرَ بَعْدَ إِيمَانِهِ طَائِعًا فَإِنَّهُ يُقْتَلُ
