وَحَدَّثَنَا ) عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ، ثَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ الشَّيْبَانِيُّ الْحَافِظُ، ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى، ثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ الْعَيْشِيُّ، ثَنَا الصَّعْقُ بْنُ حَزْنٍ، ثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْحَكَمِ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:

" الْأُمَرَاءُ مِنْ قُرَيْشٍ. يَقُولُهَا ثَلَاثًا: " أَلَا وَلِي عَلَيْكُمْ حَقٌّ، وَلَهُمْ عَلَيْكُمْ حَقٌّ، مَا عَمِلُوا فِيكُمْ بِثَلَاثٍ: مَا رَحِمُوا إِذَا اسْتُرْحِمُوا، وَمَا أَقْسَطُوا إِذَا قَسَمُوا، وَمَا عَدَلُوا إِذَا حَكَمُوا
