( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ بِشْرَانَ، أَنْبَأَ إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الصَّفَّارُ، ثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سَلَّامٍ، ثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ السَّلَامِ، عَنْ يُونُسَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ:
الْقَتْلُ بِالْقَسَامَةِ جَاهِلِيَّةٌ
