أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحَسَنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ دَاوُدَ الرَّزَّازُ بِبَغْدَادَ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الشَّافِعِيُّ، ثَنَا عُبَيْدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَاحِدِ، ثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ، ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَيُّوبَ، حَدَّثَنِي عُقَيْلٌ، وَقُرَّةُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، وَابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ أَنَّهُ قَالَ:

مَضَتِ السُّنَّةُ فِي الْقَسَامَةِ: أَنْ يَحْلِفَ خَمْسُونَ رَجُلًا خَمْسِينَ يَمِينًا، فَإِنْ نَكَلَ وَاحِدٌ مِنْهُمْ لَمْ يُعْطَوُا الدَّمَ
