( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْأَرْدَسْتَانِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو نَصْرٍ الْعِرَاقِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ سُفْيَانُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْجَوْهَرِيُّ، ثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ، ثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ:

أَنَّ بَغْلًا وَقَعَ فِي بِئْرٍ فَانْكَسَرَ فَاخْتَصَمُوا إِلَى شُرَيْحٍ فَقَالَ عَمْرُو بْنُ الْحَارِثِ: يَا أَبَا أُمَيَّةَ، أَعَلَى الْبِئْرِ ضَمَانٌ قَالَ: لَا، وَلَكِنْ عَلَى عَمْرِو بْنِ الْحَارِثِ فَضَمَّنَهُ وَكَانَتِ الْبِئْرُ فِي الطَّرِيقِ فِي غَيْرِ حَقِّهِ
