( وَرَوَى ) كَثِيرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ عَوْفٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ أَنَّهُ قَالَ:
كَانَ فِي كِتَابِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ: إِنَّ كُلَّ طَائِفَةٍ تَفْدِي عَانِيَهَا بِالْمَعْرُوفِ وَالْقِسْطِ مِنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَإِنَّ عَلَى الْمُؤْمِنِينَ أَنْ لَا يَتْرُكُوا مُفْرَحًا مِنْهُمْ حَتَّى وَيُعْطُوهُ فِي فِدَاءٍ أَوْ عَقْلٍ
