( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ الْأَصَمُّ، أَنْبَأَ الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، أَنْبَأَ الشَّافِعِيُّ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْحَسَنِ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو حَنِيفَةَ، عَنْ حَمَّادٍ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ ؓ أَنَّهُ قَالَ:
عَقْلُ الْمَرْأَةِ عَلَى النِّصْفِ مِنْ عَقْلِ الرَّجُلِ فِي النَّفْسِ وَفِيمَا دُونَهَا
