( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو حَازِمٍ الْحَافِظُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو الْفَضْلِ بْنُ خَمِيرَوَيْهِ، أَنْبَأَ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ نَجْدَةَ، ثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، ثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، عَنِ الشَّيْبَانِيِّ وَابْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى وَزَكَرِيَّا عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ أَنَّ عَلِيًّا ؓ كَانَ يَقُولُ:
جِرَاحَاتُ النِّسَاءِ عَلَى النِّصْفِ مِنْ دِيَةِ الرَّجُلِ فِيمَا قَلَّ وَكَثُرَ
