( وَعَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْحَسَنِ ) قَالَ: أَنْبَأَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبَانَ، عَنْ حَمَّادٍ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ وَعَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ ؓ أَنَّهُمَا قَالَا:
عَقْلُ الْمَرْأَةِ عَلَى النِّصْفِ مِنْ دِيَةِ الرَّجُلِ فِي النَّفْسِ وَفِيمَا دُونَهَا
