( أَنْبَأَنِي ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ إِجَازَةً، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ، ثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ أَظُنُّهُ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ بَكْرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ عُمَرَ أَنَّ فِي كِتَابٍ لِعُمَرَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ:

وَفِي اللِّسَانِ إِذَا اسْتُوعِيَ الدِّيَةُ تَامَّةً، وَمَا أُصِيبَ مِنَ اللِّسَانِ فَبَلَغَ أَنْ يَمْنَعَ الْكَلَامَ فَفِيهِ الدِّيَةُ وَمَا كَانَ دُونَ ذَلِكَ فَبِحِسَابِهِ
