( وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو سَعِيدٍ، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ، ثَنَا بَحْرٌ، ثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي يُونُسُ، عَنْ رَبِيعَةَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ:
فِي السَّمْعِ إِذَا ذَهَبَ كُلُّهُ فِيهِ الدِّيَةُ
