( وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ السُّلَمِيُّ وَأَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ الْفَقِيهُ قَالَا: أَنْبَأَ عَلِيُّ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْحَافِظُ، ثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، ثَنَا الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ، ثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، ثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ ضَمْرَةَ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ؓ أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ:

الدِّيَةُ فِي الْخَطَأِ أَرْبَاعًا فَذَكَرَهَا بِنَحْوِهِ
