( وَالصَّوَابُ مَا أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ الْفَقِيهُ، أَنْبَأَ عَلِيُّ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْحَافِظُ، ثَنَا أَبُو عُبَيْدٍ، ثَنَا سَلْمُ بْنُ جُنَادَةَ، ثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ أُمَيَّةَ قَالَ:
قَضَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فِي رَجُلٍ أَمْسَكَ رَجُلًا وَقَتَلَ الْآخَرُ قَالَ: يُقْتَلُ الْقَاتِلُ وَيُحْبَسُ الْمُمْسِكُ
