( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو مَنْصُورٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الدَّامَغَانِيُّ بِبَيْهَقَ، ثَنَا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عَدِيٍّ الْحَافِظُ، ثَنَا أَحْمَدُ وَإِبْرَاهِيمُ ابْنَا مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ الصَّيْرَفِيَّانِ، ثَنَا عَبْدَةُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الصَّفَّارُ، ثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ الْحَفَرِيُّ، ثَنَا سُفْيَانُ الثَّوْرِيُّ، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ أُمَيَّةَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ؓ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:

" إِذَا أَمْسَكَ الرَّجُلُ الرَّجُلَ وَقَتَلَهُ الْآخَرُ يُقْتَلُ الَّذِي قَتَلَ وَيُحْبَسُ الَّذِي أَمْسَكَ
