( قَالَ الشَّيْخُ ): أَمَّا حَدِيثُ أَيُّوبَ ( فَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو حَامِدٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ أَبِي خَلَفٍ الصُّوفِيُّ الْإِسْفَرَائِينِيُّ بِهَا، ثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَزْدَادَ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَيُّوبَ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو عُمَرَ، ثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ رَبِيعَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ:
" قَتْلُ الْخَطَأِ شِبْهِ الْعَمْدِ بِالسَّوْطِ وَالْعَصَا فِيهَا مِائَةٌ مِنَ الْإِبِلِ مِنْهَا أَرْبَعُونَ فِي بُطُونِهَا أَوْلَادُهَا
