أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ الْأَصَمُّ، ثَنَا بَحْرُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ وَهْبٍ، حَدَّثَنِي عُثْمَانُ بْنُ الْحَكَمِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ أَنَّ عَمْرَو بْنَ دِينَارٍ حَدَّثَهُ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ عُبَيْدَ بْنَ عُمَيْرٍ اللَّيْثِيَّ قَالَ:
يَنْطَلِقُ الرَّجُلُ الْأَيِّدُ إِلَى رَجُلٍ يَضْرِبُهُ بِالْعَصَا حَتَّى يَقْتُلَهُ، ثُمَّ يَقُولُ لَيْسَ بِعَمْدٍ، وَأَيُّ الْعَمْدِ أَعْمَدُ مِنْ ذَلِكَ
