وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سَلْمَانَ الْفَقِيهُ، ثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُكْرَمٍ، ثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ، أَنْبَأَ يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ:
أَنَّ عُمَرَ ؓ قَتَلَ سَبْعَةً مِنْ أَهْلِ صَنْعَاءَ اشْتَرَكُوا فِي دَمِ غُلَامٍ وَقَالَ: لَوْ تَمَالَأَ عَلَيْهِ أَهْلُ صَنْعَاءَ لَقَتَلْتُهُمْ جَمِيعًا
