( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ وَأَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ قَالَا: ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، أَنْبَأَ الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، أَنْبَأَ الشَّافِعِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبْجَرَ، عَنْ إِيَادِ بْنِ لَقِيطٍ، عَنْ أَبِي رِمْثَةَ قَالَ:
دَخَلْتُ مَعَ أَبِي عَلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَرَأَى أَبِي الَّذِي بِظَهْرِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَقَالَ: دَعْنِي أُعَالِجُ الَّذِي بِظَهْرِكَ فَإِنِّي طَبِيبٌ فَقَالَ: " أَنْتَ رَفِيقٌ ". قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: " مَنْ هَذَا مَعَكَ ؟ " قَالَ: ابْنِي أَشْهَدُ بِهِ. فَقَالَ: أَمَا إِنَّهُ لَا يَجْنِي عَلَيْكَ وَلَا تَجْنِي عَلَيْهِ
