( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ الْأَصَمُّ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سِنَانٍ، ثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمَجِيدِ، ثَنَا ابْنُ مَوْهَبٍ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ مَالِكًا، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ عَمْرَةَ بِنْتِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ؓ أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ:
وُجِدَ فِي قَائِمِ سَيْفِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ كِتَابَانِ: إِنَّ أَشَدَّ النَّاسِ عُتُوًّا الرَّجُلُ ضَرَبَ غَيْرَ ضَارِبِهِ، وَرَجُلٌ قَتَلَ غَيْرَ قَاتِلِهِ، وَرَجُلٌ تَوَلَّى غَيْرَ أَهْلِ نِعْمَتِهِ، فَمَنْ فَعَلَ ذَلِكَ فَقَدْ كَفَرَ بِاللهِ وَرَسُولِهِ، لَا يَقْبَلُ اللهُ مِنْهُ صَرْفًا وَلَا عَدْلًا
