أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ فُورَكَ، أَنْبَأَ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، ثَنَا يُونُسُ بْنُ حَبِيبٍ، ثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، ثَنَا شُعْبَةُ قَالَ: قَالَ لِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُنْكَدِرِ: مَا اسْمُكَ ؟ قُلْتُ: شُعْبَةُ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو شُعْبَةَ وَكَانَ لَطِيفًا، عَنْ سُوَيْدِ بْنِ مُقَرِّنٍ ؓ قَالَ:
لَطَمَ رَجُلٌ غُلَامًا لَهُ أَوْ إِنْسَانًا فَقَالَ سُوَيْدٌ ؓ: أَمَا عَلِمْتَ أَنَّ الصُّورَةَ مُحَرَّمَةٌ لَقَدْ رَأَيْتُنِي سَابِعَ سَبْعَةِ إِخْوَةٍ عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ مَا لَنَا إِلَّا خَادِمٌ فَلَطَمَهُ أَحَدُنَا فَأَمَرَهُ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَنْ يُعْتِقَهُ
