أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ: جَنَاحُ بْنُ نَذِيرِ بْنِ جَنَاحٍ الْقَاضِي بِالْكُوفَةِ، أَنَا أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ دُحَيْمٍ، نَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ حَازِمٍ، نَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ حَكِيمٍ، نَا شَرِيكٌ عَنْ مَغْرَاءَ الْعَبْدِيِّ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ؓ قَالَ:

مَرَّ بِهِمْ رَجُلٌ فَتَعَجَّبُوا مِنْ خَلْقِهِ فَقَالُوا: لَوْ كَانَ هَذَا فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ فَأَتَوُا النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ: إِنْ كَانَ يَسْعَى عَلَى أَبَوَيْهِ شَيْخَيْنِ كَبِيرَيْنِ فَهُوَ فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ، وَإِنْ كَانَ يَسْعَى عَلَى وَلَدٍ صِغَارٍ فَهُوَ فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ، وَإِنْ كَانَ يَسْعَى عَلَى نَفْسِهِ لِيُغْنِيَهَا فَهُوَ فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ ".
